Application processing is conducted in compliance with the Fair Housing Act, Florida Fair Housing Act, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

We strive to provide accurate information about available rental properties. However:

• Listing information is subject to change without notice
• Availability is not guaranteed until a lease is signed
• Photos may not reflect current conditions
• Pricing and terms are subject to change
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of square footage, room dimensions, or other property details

We recommend visiting properties in person before making rental decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, either party may proceed with formal dispute resolution.

For property management disputes involving tenants or property owners, resolution procedures outlined in your lease agreement or property management contract shall apply.

15. Fair Housing Compliance

NextHome Legacy Realty is committed to compliance with the Fair Housing Act, the Florida Fair Housing Act (F.S. Chapter 760), and all applicable fair housing laws. We do not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability, or any other protected class under federal, state, or local law.

16. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for updates.

17. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use our Services will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and associated data
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement
